Single out a single sushi caviar specimen:

  1. Put it between your teeth and press your jaws. Enjoy the sudden burst of sour liquid on your tongue and the sound you here. Repeat!
  2. Put one of your chopsticks straight on top of it afer you have placed the specimen on a bowl. Press the stick to pop the specimen. Observe the trail of the sprouting liquid. Enjoy it.
  3. Collect around 150 of the specimen together and eat them at once using your teeth as much as possible. Refer to 1. for enjoyment instructions.
  4. Drink more sake.
